Tim Pappas, Director of Survey Operations 

With over 30 years of experience, Tim Pappas is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in eleven states and a certified Part 107 sUAS pilot. He has led and supported projects ranging from rural land development and oilfield infrastructure to large-scale TXDOT roadway work and electric transmission corridors. Tim holds a B.S. in Civil Technology from the University of Houston with a focus in Surveying and Mapping. A long-standing member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, he is known for his strong technical expertise and field-based insight.
